If you buy just the Land:

 

· 90-day land deposit return guarantee.

· $6000 down reserves your property for 90 days

· Viewing of the property must be done within 90 days of reserving the property

· Having seen the land, sign the contract and put %30 down

· Within 90 days of visit, pay the balance and get the title transferred.

 

If you buy the Land and a House:

 

· 90-day land deposit return guarantee.

· $6000 down reserves your land for 90 days

· Viewing of the property must be done within 90 days of reserving the property

· Having seen the property, sign the contract and put %30 of price of land down

· Within 90 days of visit, pay the balance and get the land title transferred.

· Having selected your home design, put %30 of price of the house down

· Put another 30% upon completion of %50 of the house

· Put the balance of %40 at completion of %75 of house.

 

 

· We refund your travel expenses for up to $1500 upon completion of the land title transfer.
